The Bacon Academy Bobcats overwhelmed the host Fitch Falcons soccer squad by a margin of 7-0 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.
The Bobcats now hold a 12-0 record. They play next when they travel to Woodstock Academy for a Eastern Connecticut I challenge on Friday, October 10. Bacon Academy will face a Centaurs team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Montville (Oakdale, CT). The Centaurs record now stands at 3-5.
The Falcons (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against Plainfield (Central Village, CT). The Panthers go into the non-league challenge with a 6-3 record. In their last challenge, Plainfield was overwhelmed by East Lyme (East Lyme, CT), 5-0, in a non-league challenge.
