The Dirigo Cougars soccer squad scored 1 points and held the visiting Buckfield Bucks to 0 in the Cougars non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Cougars now hold a 9-0 record. They play next when they travel to Telstar for a 8 Person - South bout on Friday, October 10. Dirigo will play a Rebels squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Temple Academy (Waterville, ME). The Rebels record now stands at 2-3.
The Bucks (5-2) will now prepare for their game against Richmond (Richmond, ME). The Bobcats enter the Class D - South game with a 9-0 record. In their last game, Richmond held off Mountain Valley (Rumford, ME), 8-0, in a non-league game.
