The Waldron Mohawks topped the visiting Oldenburg Academy Twisters volleyball squad by a tally of 2-0 in Tuesday's league outing.
The Mohawks now have a 8-13 record.
With the loss, Oldenburg Academy drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Twisters host Rushville (Rushville, IN) to play the Lions in a non-league outing on Thursday, October 9. The Lions come into the outing with a record of 2-9. Rushville lost 2-0 in their recent league outing against Connersville (Connersville, IN)

What a great match to wrap-up our JV season! Can't tell you just how proud I am of all them in their work ethic, sportsmanship, and team camaraderie throughout the season! They've come a long way over the past 7 months. Can't wait to see what lies ahead for them on the court.
Our MaxPreps Player of the Game is Lilly. She is always ready to help both on and off the court. She has been our libero tracker, stat keeper, line judge as well as her player responsibilities. She had a great serving night with 2 aces and tallied 5 digs.
