With the triumph, Marmion improves its record to 12-4 on the year. The Cadets host De La Salle (Chicago, IL) to play the Meteors in a Chicago Catholic bout on Thursday, October 9. The Meteors go into the bout with a record of 16-3. De La Salle lost 2-1 in their recent league bout against St. Laurence (Burbank, IL)

With the loss, Brother Rice moves to 4-11 on the year. The Crusaders travel to Chicago Mt. Carmel (Chicago, IL) to clash with the Caravan in a Chicago Catholic game on Thursday, October 9.
