In Tuesday's league outing, the host Crystal Lake South Gators soccer squad scored a tight 1-0 win over the Cary-Grove Trojans.

The Gators (8-8) will now prepare for their outing against Jacobs (Algonquin, IL). The Golden Eagles enter the Fox Valley outing with a 3-11 record. In their last outing, Jacobs was edged by Dundee-Crown (Carpentersville, IL), 4-0, in a league test.

The Trojans now sport a 1-17 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hampshire for a Fox Valley test on Thursday, October 9. Cary-Grove will clash with a Whip-Purs team coming off a 1-0 league win over McHenry (McHenry, IL). The Whip-Purs record now stands at 7-4.
