In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host E.D. White Cardinals volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Central Catholic Eagles.
The Cardinals (18-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Parkview Baptist (Baton Rouge, LA). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 12-9 record. In their last challenge, Parkview Baptist beat Catholic of Pointe Coupee (New Roads, LA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Eagles meet the Catholic of Pointe Coupee Hornets (New Roads, LA) in a non-league test, on Thursday, October 9. Central Catholic will attempt to advance on its 16-5 season record. The Hornets go into the test with a 9-10 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Parkview Baptist (Baton Rouge, LA).
