In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Coosa Christian Conquerors volleyball team scored a 3-1 win over the Jefferson Christian Academy Eagles.
With the win, Coosa Christian improves its record to 8-11 on the season. The Conquerors host Weaver (Weaver, AL) to face the Bearcats in a non-league test on Thursday, October 9. The Bearcats go into the test with a record of 14-8. Weaver lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Donoho (Anniston, AL)
The Eagles now own a 3-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Appalachian for a 1A Area 11 test on Thursday, October 9. Jefferson Christian Academy will face a Eagles squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Jefferson Christian Academy (Birmingham, AL). The Eagles record now stands at 12-8.
