In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Cornerstone Christian Academy Bulldogs volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Owen County Rebels.

The Bulldogs (8-11) will now prepare for their test against Evangel Christian (Louisville, KY). The Eagles go into the non-league test with a 0-0 record.

The Rebels now own a 12-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Heritage Academy for a non-league test on Thursday, October 9. Owen County will face a Eagles squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Holmes (Covington, KY). The Eagles record now stands at 8-11.
