Pennsylvania High School Volleyball - Franklin Greenville

In Tuesday's league bout, the Greenville Trojans (Greenville, PA) volleyball team knocked off the visiting Franklin Knights (Franklin, PA), by a margin of 3-1.

The Trojans now possess a 10-6 record. They play next when they travel to Grove City for a District 10 Region 3 bout on Wednesday, October 8. Greenville will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Mercer (Mercer, PA). The Eagles record now stands at 7-13.

With the loss, Franklin drops to 5-7 on the campaign. The Knights host Sharpsville (Sharpsville, PA) to battle the Blue Devils in a District 10 Region 3 contest on Thursday, October 9. The Blue Devils enter the contest with a record of 2-11. Sharpsville lost 3-1 in their recent league contest against Hickory (Hermitage, PA)
