The Friendship Collegiate Academy Knights (Washington, DC) volleyball were victorious over the visiting Girls Global Academy Trailblazers (Washington, DC), 2-0 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Knights now possess a 5-2 record. They play next when they travel to Friendship Tech Prep Academy for a PCSAA bout on Thursday, October 9. Friendship Collegiate Academy will clash with a Titans team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Digital Pioneers Academy (Washington, DC). The Titans record now stands at 7-0.
The Trailblazers (1-4) will now prepare for their match against E.L. Haynes (Washington, DC). The enter the PCSAA match with a 13-2 record. In their last match, E.L. Haynes notched a victory over KIPP College Prep (Washington, DC), 2-0, in a league match.
