West Virginia High School Volleyball - Nicholas County Herbert Hoover

October 7, 2025: Summersville, WV 26651

The Herbert Hoover Huskies were victorious over the host Nicholas County Grizzlies volleyball team by a tally of 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

The Huskies now have a 40-4 record. They play next when they travel to Greenbrier East for a outing on Tuesday, October 7. Herbert Hoover will play a Spartans team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Mount Hope Christian Academy (Mount Hope, WV). The Spartans record now stands at 12-7.

The Grizzlies (7-28) will now prepare for their game against Bridgeport (Bridgeport, WV). The Indians go into the non-league game with a 20-6 record. In their last game, Bridgeport gained a win over Parkersburg South (Parkersburg, WV), 3-2, in a non-league game.
