Loyal Greyhounds (Loyal, WI) backers were pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Neillsville Warriors (Neillsville, WI), 3-1 in a league challenge.

The Greyhounds (14-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Columbus Catholic (Marshfield, WI). The Dons come into the Cloverbelt - East challenge with a 24-13 record. In their last challenge, Columbus Catholic beat Gilman (Gilman, WI), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Warriors meet the Durand-Arkansaw Panthers (Durand, WI) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 11. Neillsville will attempt to upgrade on its 5-11 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 13-9 record after their 3-1 league win over Boyceville (Boyceville, WI).
