Pennsylvania High School Volleyball - Mid Valley overwhelmed by West Scranton

West Scranton Invaders (Scranton, PA) followers left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Mid Valley Spartans (Throop, PA), 3-0 in a league test.

With the win, West Scranton advances its record to 1-9 on the season. The Invaders travel to Scranton (Scranton, PA) to face the Knights in a Lackawanna test on Thursday, October 9. The Knights go into the test with a record of 6-8. Scranton won 3-1 in their recent league test against Susquehanna (Susquehanna, PA)

The Spartans now have a 3-10 record. They play next when they host Wyoming Area for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, October 8. Mid Valley will play a Warriors team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Berwick (Berwick, PA). The Warriors record now stands at 3-8.
