The Wirt County Tigers (Elizabeth, WV) volleyball knocked off the visiting Sissonville Indians (Charleston, WV), 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Tigers now possess a 19-4 record. They play next when they travel to Webster County for a Little Kanawha bout on Thursday, October 9.
With the loss, Sissonville drops to 1-21 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Nitro (Nitro, WV) to clash with the Wildcats in a Cardinal bout on Tuesday, October 14. The Wildcats come into the bout with a record of 10-10. Nitro lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against St. Joseph Central (Huntington, WV)
