Connecticut High School Football - King drops to The Pingry School

October 8, 2022: Stamford, CT 06905

In Saturday's league game, the The Pingry School Big Blue (Martinsville, NJ) football team knocked off the host King Vikings (Stamford, CT), by a final score of 34-3.

The Big Blue (2-4) will now prepare for their game against Montclair Kimberley Academy (Montclair, NJ). The Cougars come into the non-league game with a 4-2 record. In their last game, Montclair Kimberley Academy toppled Horace Mann (Riverdale, NY), 21-13, in a league game.

The Vikings now hold a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they host New York Military Academy for a non-league game on Saturday, October 15. King will battle a Knights team coming off a 26-0 non-league loss to Non Varsity Opponent (, ). The Knights record now stands at 2-3.
