Massachusetts High School Football - Milton Academy knocks off Thayer Academy

The Milton Academy Mustangs football squad scored 41 points and limited the host Thayer Academy Tigers to 30 in the Mustangs league win on Saturday.

The Mustangs now possess a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Governor's Academy for a Independent School ISL-7 battle on Saturday, October 15. Milton Academy will play a Governors squad coming off a 27-20 league win over Buckingham Browne & Nichols (Cambridge, MA). The Governors record now stands at 2-1.

Coming up next, the Tigers play the Lawrence Academy Spartans (Groton, MA) in a Independent School ISL-7 battle, on Saturday, October 15. Thayer Academy will attempt to advance on its 1-2 season record. The Spartans go into the battle with a 3-0 record after their 40-13 non-league win over St. George's (Middletown, RI).
