The Mt. Hebron Vikings football team (Ellicott City, MD), was beaten 18-7 in Saturday's league challenge with the visiting Oakland Mills Scorpions (Columbia, MD)
The Scorpions (3-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Howard (Ellicott City, MD). The Lions come into the Howard County challenge with a 5-1 record. In their last challenge, Howard achieved victory over Glenelg (Glenelg, MD), 24-14, in a league challenge.
The Vikings now sport a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hammond for a Howard County challenge on Saturday, October 15. Mt. Hebron will meet a Golden Bears team coming off a 35-0 league loss to Reservoir (Fulton, MD). The Golden Bears record now stands at 0-6.
