In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting La Salle Academy Rams soccer squad scored a close 4-3 triumph over the Chariho Chargers.
The Rams (5-3) will now prepare for their battle against Mt. Hope (Bristol, RI). The Huskies come into the State Championship Division - B battle with a 8-1 record. In their last battle, Mt. Hope nudged Seekonk (Seekonk, MA), 7-4, in a non-league battle.
The Chargers (9-4) will now prepare for their battle against Smithfield (Esmond, RI). The Sentinels come into the State Championship Division - B battle with a 3-5 record. In their last battle, Smithfield nudged Cranston West (Cranston, RI), 2-1, in a non-league battle.
