The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the T.C. Roberson Rams (Asheville, NC) and the host Watauga Pioneers (Boone, NC), saw T.C. Roberson's volleyball squad nip Watauga by a tally of 3-2.

With the win, T.C. Roberson upgrades its record to 10-4 on the year. The Rams host Erwin (Asheville, NC) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 11. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 2-10. Erwin lost 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Madison (Marshall, NC)

The Pioneers now own a 9-2 record. They play next when they travel to Hibriten for a non-league bout on Monday, October 10. Watauga will play a Panthers squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Ashe County (West Jefferson, NC). The Panthers record now stands at 2-8.
