The Apache Junction Prospectors topped the host Fairfax Stampede volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Prospectors now have a 12-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lake Havasu for a non-league test on Saturday, October 8. Apache Junction will confront a Knights team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to McClintock (Tempe, AZ). The Knights record now stands at 4-14.
The Stampede (3-16) will now prepare for their test against McClintock (Tempe, AZ). The Chargers enter the non-league test with a 17-9 record. In their last test, McClintock gained a win over Lake Havasu (Lake Havasu City, AZ), 2-0, in a non-league test.
