In Saturday's non-league contest, the Kansas School for the Deaf Jackrabbits (Olathe, KS) volleyball squad knocked off the host Arkansas School for the Deaf Leopards (Little Rock, AR), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Jackrabbits battle the New Mexico School for the Deaf Roadrunners (Santa Fe, NM) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, October 8. Kansas School for the Deaf will attempt to better on its 9-10 season record. The Roadrunners come into the contest with a 5-3 record after their 3-0 league loss to Legacy Academy (Albuquerque, NM).

With the loss, Arkansas School for the Deaf drops to 2-2 on the campaign. The Leopards travel to Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf (Faribault, MN) to battle the Trojans in a Eastern contest on Saturday, October 8. The Trojans come into the contest with a record of 5-9. Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf won 2-1 in their recent non-league contest against Wisconsin School for the Deaf (Delavan, WI)
