The Bassett Olympians volleyball team (La Puente, CA), went down 2-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Loara Saxons (Anaheim, CA)

The Saxons (17-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Lynwood (Lynwood, CA). The Knights come into the non-league challenge with a 4-14 record. In their last challenge, Lynwood went down by Bellflower (Bellflower, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Olympians encounter the Godinez Fundamental Grizzlies (Santa Ana, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 8. Bassett will attempt to move on its 11-12 season record. The Grizzlies come into the challenge with a 15-6 record after their 3-0 league loss to Ocean View (Huntington Beach, CA).
