Pennsylvania High School Volleyball - Oxford can't hold off Boyertown

In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Boyertown Bears volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the Oxford Hornets.
The Bears (10-8) will now prepare for their battle against Perkiomen Valley (Collegeville, PA). The Vikings come into the Pioneer battle with a 13-7 record. In their last battle, Perkiomen Valley nudged Phoenixville (Phoenixville, PA), 3-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Hornets encounter the East Vikings (West Chester, PA) in a Ches-Mont battle, on Thursday, October 13. Oxford will attempt to move on its 2-5 season record. The Vikings come into the battle with a 16-2 record after their 3-0 league win over Avon Grove (West Grove, PA).
