The Hermann Bearcats held off the host Carl Junction Bulldogs volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Bearcats now have a 23-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Helias for a non-league test on Saturday, October 8. Hermann will confront a Crusaders team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over California (California, MO). The Crusaders record now stands at 12-5.

The Bulldogs (18-9) will now prepare for their test against Marshfield (Marshfield, MO). The Bluejays enter the non-league test with a 14-6 record. In their last test, Marshfield held off Hollister (Hollister, MO), 3-0, in a non-league test.
