The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Conway Wampus Cats (Conway, AR) and the visiting Russellville Cyclones (Russellville, AR), saw Conway's volleyball squad beat Russellville by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Conway upgrades its record to 27-2 on the year. The Wampus Cats host Jonesboro (Jonesboro, AR) to play the Hurricane in a non-league bout on Saturday, October 8. The Hurricane go into the bout with a record of 10-7. Jonesboro won 3-1 in their recent league bout against North Little Rock (North Little Rock, AR)

The Cyclones now own a 1-9 record. They play next when they host Mountain Home for a 5A West bout on Tuesday, October 11. Russellville will play a Bombers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Brookland (Brookland, AR). The Bombers record now stands at 11-6.
