Indiana High School Volleyball - Franklin Central tips New Albany

October 8, 2022: New Albany, IN 47150

The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Franklin Central Flashes (Indianapolis, IN) and the host New Albany Bulldogs (New Albany, IN), saw Franklin Central's volleyball squad nip New Albany by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, Franklin Central upgrades its record to 14-15 on the year. The Flashes travel to East Central (St. Leon, IN) to play the Trojans in a non-league bout on Saturday, October 8. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 8-16. East Central lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Greensburg (Greensburg, IN)

The Bulldogs now own a 18-12 record. They play next when they travel to Perry Meridian for a non-league bout on Saturday, October 8. New Albany will play a Falcons squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Pike (Indianapolis, IN). The Falcons record now stands at 21-4.
