Parkland Trojans (Allentown, PA) backers left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host Hempfield Black Knights (Landisville, PA), 1-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Trojans battle the North Catholic Trojans (Cranberry Township, PA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, October 8. Parkland will attempt to better on its 30-2 season record.

With the loss, Hempfield drops to 7-2 on the campaign. The Black knights travel to State College (State College, PA) to battle the Little Lions in a non-league match on Saturday, October 15. The Little Lions come into the match with a record of 12-5. State College won 3-0 in their recent league match against Altoona (Altoona, PA)
