Colorado High School Volleyball - Merino over Sedgwick County

Fans at Saturday's league match between the Merino Rams (Merino, CO) and the visiting Sedgwick County Cougars (Julesburg, CO), observed Merino's volleyball squad top Sedgwick County by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Rams battle the Caliche Buffaloes (Iliff, CO) in a 2A/1A Lower Platte match, on Friday, October 14. Merino will attempt to better on its 13-1 season record. The Buffaloes come into the match with a 2-11 record after their 3-0 league loss to Haxtun (Haxtun, CO).

With the loss, Sedgwick County drops to 14-2 on the campaign. The Cougars host Fleming (Fleming, CO) to battle the Wildcats in a non-league match on Thursday, October 13. The Wildcats come into the match with a record of 13-3.
