In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Morton Potters volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the St. Teresa Bulldogs.
The Potters (14-13) will now prepare for their battle against Limestone (Bartonville, IL). The Rockets come into the Mid-Illini battle with a 22-3 record. In their last battle, Limestone achieved victory over St. Joseph-Ogden (St. Joseph, IL), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Bulldogs clash with the Maroa-Forsyth Trojans (Maroa, IL) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, October 11. St. Teresa will attempt to advance on its 9-17 season record. The Trojans come into the battle with a 18-10 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to St. Teresa (Decatur, IL).
