California High School Volleyball - Vanden over Sonora

October 8, 2022: Sonora, CA 95370

In Saturday's non-league contest, the Vanden Vikings (Fairfield, CA) volleyball squad were winner over the host Sonora Wildcats (Sonora, CA), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Vikings face the American Canyon Wolves (American Canyon, CA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, October 8. Vanden will attempt to better on its 14-8 season record. The Wolves go into the contest with a 16-2 record after their 3-1 league win over Sonoma Valley (Sonoma, CA).

With the loss, Sonora moves to 20-3 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Bret Harte (Angels Camp, CA) to face the Bullfrogs in a Mother Lode League contest on Tuesday, October 11. The Bullfrogs go into the contest with a record of 15-4. Bret Harte won 3-0 in their recent league contest against Argonaut (Jackson, CA)
