Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the Bald Eagle Area Eagles (Wingate, PA) and the host Bellefonte Raiders (Bellefonte, PA), saw Bald Eagle Area's soccer squad hold off Bellefonte by a count of 3-2.

The Eagles (11-3) will now prepare for their battle against Tyrone (Tyrone, PA). The Golden Eagles enter the Laurel Highlands battle with a 4-9 record. In their last battle, Tyrone was edged by Central (Martinsburg, PA), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Raiders confront the Huntingdon Bearcats (Huntingdon, PA) in a Laurel Highlands battle, on Thursday, October 10. Bellefonte will attempt to upgrade on its 9-3 season record. The Bearcats enter the battle with a 8-5 record after their 3-0 league win over Clearfield (Clearfield, PA).
