In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Peninsula Seahawks volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Central Kitsap Cougars.

The Seahawks (7-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Gig Harbor (Gig Harbor, WA). The Tides come into the non-league challenge with a 6-3 record. In their last challenge, Gig Harbor edged Timberline (Lacey, WA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Cougars play the Lakes Lancers (Lakewood, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 10. Central Kitsap will attempt to upgrade on its 7-3 season record. The Lancers come into the challenge with a 4-4 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Silas (Tacoma, WA).
