In Tuesday's non-league outing, the visiting Palisade Bulldogs soccer squad scored a tight 3-2 victory over the Coal Ridge Titans.

The Bulldogs (3-9) will now prepare for their outing against Fruita Monument (Fruita, CO). The Wildcats go into the 5A/4A Southwestern outing with a 0-8 record. In their last outing, Fruita Monument was edged by Grand Junction (Grand Junction, CO), 6-0, in a league outing.

Next up, the Titans confront the Steamboat Springs Sailors (Steamboat Springs, CO) in a 3A Western Slope outing, on Thursday, October 10. Coal Ridge will attempt to improve on its 6-4 season record. The Sailors go into the outing with a 3-5 record after their 4-1 non-league loss to Pine Creek (Colorado Springs, CO).
