With the triumph, Thompson Valley moves its record to 1-8 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Wellington (Wellington, CO) to meet the Eagles in a 4A/3A Longs Peak test on Friday, October 11. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 1-9. Wellington lost 10-0 in their recent non-league test against KIPP Denver Collegiate (Denver, CO)

The Roughriders now sport a 2-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Severance for a 4A/3A Longs Peak test on Thursday, October 10. Roosevelt will meet a Silver Knights team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Timnath (Timnath, CO). The Silver Knights record now stands at 1-7.
