The Academy for Classical Education Gryphons (Macon, GA) volleyball knocked off the host Crisp County Cougars (Cordele, GA), 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Gryphons now possess a 21-14 record. They play next when they travel to Cook for a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 8. Academy for Classical Education will clash with a Hornets team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Early County (Blakely, GA). The Hornets record now stands at 6-13.

With the loss, Crisp County drops to 16-10 on the campaign. The Cougars host Cook (Adel, GA) to clash with the Hornets in a 2A Area 3 bout on Wednesday, October 9. The Hornets come into the bout with a record of 6-13.
