The Bulldogs now possess a 8-2 record. They play next when they host Woodson for a DCIAA bout on Thursday, October 10. Banneker will clash with a Warriors team coming off a 2-1 league loss to Anacostia (Washington, DC). The Warriors record now stands at 0-5.

With the loss, Eastern drops to 4-6 on the campaign. The Ramblers host Bell (Washington, DC) to clash with the Griffins in a DCIAA bout on Thursday, October 10. The Griffins come into the bout with a record of 10-5. Bell won 2-1 in their recent league bout against Dunbar (Washington, DC)
