Nebraska High School Volleyball - Conestoga tips Johnson County Central

In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Conestoga Cougars volleyball team scored a close 3-2 victory over the Johnson County Central Thunderbirds.

The Cougars (13-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Falls City (Falls City, NE). The Tigers enter the non-league challenge with a 7-13 record. In their last challenge, Falls City was tipped by Fillmore Central (Geneva, NE), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Thunderbirds meet the Auburn Bulldogs (Auburn, NE) in a C1 District 3 challenge, on Thursday, October 10. Johnson County Central will attempt to upgrade on its 17-5 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 11-9 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Lourdes Central Catholic (Nebraska City, NE).
