Trinity Blazers (River Forest, IL) followers left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting De La Salle Meteors (Chicago, IL), 2-0 in a league test.

With the win, Trinity advances its record to 12-14 on the season. The Blazers travel to Providence Catholic (New Lenox, IL) to face the Celtics in a Girls Catholic (GCAC) test on Wednesday, October 9. The Celtics go into the test with a record of 20-5. Providence Catholic won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Yorkville Christian (Yorkville, IL)

The Meteors now sport a 8-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host Jones for a non-league test on Wednesday, October 9. De La Salle will face a Eagles squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Payton College Prep (Chicago, IL). The Eagles record now stands at 19-9.
