The Notre Dame Irish volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Governor Livingston Highlanders to 0 in the Irish non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Irish now have a 15-3 record. They play next when they host Hunterdon Central for a non-league outing on Monday, October 14.

With the loss, Governor Livingston drops to 12-3 on the campaign. The Highlanders host Summit (Summit, NJ) to play the Hilltoppers in a Union County - Watchung outing on Wednesday, October 9. The Hilltoppers come into the outing with a record of 7-8. Summit lost 2-0 in their recent league outing against Union Catholic (Scotch Plains, NJ)
