In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Ottumwa Bulldogs volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Lincoln Railsplitters.
The Bulldogs (22-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Mt. Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, IA). The Panthers enter the non-league challenge with a 7-17 record. In their last challenge, Mt. Pleasant was beaten by Burlington (Burlington, IA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Railsplitters meet the Spencer Tigers (Spencer, IA) in a challenge, on Saturday, October 12. Lincoln will attempt to upgrade on its 6-11 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 10-19 record after their 3-1 league win over Spirit Lake (Spirit Lake, IA).
