The Spartans now possess a 8-10 record. They play next when they host Hesperia for a Western Michigan outing on Tuesday, October 15.

With the loss, Ludington drops to 14-16 on the campaign. The Orioles travel to Unity Christian (Hudsonville, MI) to clash with the Crusaders in a non-league outing on Thursday, October 10.
