Pennsylvania High School Soccer - Lower Merion nudges Haverford

The Lower Merion Aces (Ardmore, PA) soccer nipped the host Haverford Fords (Havertown, PA), 2-1 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.
The Aces now hold a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Springfield for a non-league contest on Friday, October 10. Lower Merion will face a Cougars team coming off a 5-0 non-league win over Conestoga (Berwyn, PA). The Cougars record now stands at 2-4.
The Fords (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Garnet Valley (Glen Mills, PA). The Jaguars go into the non-league challenge with a 3-6 record. In their last challenge, Garnet Valley Penncrest (Media, PA), 2-2, in a non-league challenge.
