Illinois High School Volleyball - Illiana Christian tips Bishop McNamara

October 8, 2025: Kankakee, IL 60901

In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Illiana Christian Vikings volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Bishop McNamara Fightin' Irish.

The Vikings (24-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Beecher (Beecher, IL). The Bobcats enter the non-league challenge with a 13-8 record. In their last challenge, Beecher got by Peotone (Peotone, IL), 2-0, in a non-league test.

The Fightin' Irish now own a 6-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Aurora Christian for a Chicagoland Christian test on Thursday, October 9. Bishop McNamara will face a Eagles squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Chicago Hope Academy (Chicago, IL). The Eagles record now stands at 20-2.
