The Mendon Unity Mustangs topped the host Calhoun Warriors volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Wednesday's non-league game.

Next up, the Mustangs confront the Camp Point Central Panthers (Camp Point, IL) in a West Central - North game, on Thursday, October 9. Mendon Unity will attempt to advance on its 18-3 season record. The Panthers go into the game with a 2-15 record after their 2-0 league loss to Beardstown (Beardstown, IL).

The Warriors (18-9) will now prepare for their game against Brown County (Mt. Sterling, IL). The Hornets enter the Western Illinois Valley game with a 8-14 record. In their last game, Brown County was dropped by Rushville-Industry (Rushville, IL), 2-1, in a non-league game.
