The West St. John Rams football team (Edgard, LA), was tipped 22-20 in Monday's league challenge with the host Varnado Wildcats (Angie, LA)
The Wildcats (1-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Cohen (New Orleans, LA). The Green Hornets come into the 1A District 10 challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, Cohen nipped Crescent City Christian (Metairie, LA), 30-14, in a league challenge.
The Rams now sport a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Riverside Academy for a 1A District 10 challenge on Friday, October 13. West St. John will meet a Rebels team coming off a 55-14 league win over St. Martin's Episcopal (Metairie, LA). The Rebels record now stands at 5-1.
