The Chopticon Braves (Morganza, MD) football were victorious over the visiting La Plata Warriors (La Plata, MD), 26-14 in Monday's non-league game.
The Braves (5-2) will now prepare for their game against Huntingtown (Huntingtown, MD). The Hurricanes come into the non-league game with a 5-0 record. In their last game, Huntingtown knocked off Calvert (Prince Frederick, MD), 20-13, in a non-league game.
The Warriors now sport a 0-6 record. They take the field next when they host Lackey for a non-league game on Monday, October 23.
