The Trojans (4-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Liberty Christian Academy (Richlands, NC). The Heat come into the non-league challenge with a 12-3 record. In their last challenge, Liberty Christian Academy defeated Bethel Christian Academy (Kinston, NC), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Trojans encounter the Pamlico County Hurricanes (Bayboro, NC) in a challenge, on Tuesday, October 10. Jones will attempt to move on its 9-8 season record. The Hurricanes come into the challenge with a 14-6 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Ayden - Grifton (Ayden, NC).
