With the win, Our Lady of Mercy Academy upgrades its record to 10-2 on the year. The Villagers host St. Joseph (Hammonton, NJ) to play the Wildcats in a Cape/Atlantic bout on Tuesday, October 10. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 1-9. St. Joseph lost 2-0 in their recent league bout against Middle Township (Cape May Court House, NJ)

The Braves now own a 5-10 record. They play next when they host Pleasantville for a Cape/Atlantic bout on Tuesday, October 10. Absegami will play a Greyhounds squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Triton (Runnemede, NJ). The Greyhounds record now stands at 9-2.
