North Carolina High School Volleyball - Pamlico County Ayden - Grifton

October 9, 2023: Bayboro, NC 28515

The Ayden - Grifton Chargers topped the host Pamlico County Hurricanes volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Monday's non-league test.

The Chargers now have a 18-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Washington for a Eastern Plains 2A test on Thursday, October 12. Ayden - Grifton will confront a Pam Pack team coming off a 3-0 league win over SouthWest Edgecombe (Pinetops, NC). The Pam Pack record now stands at 6-11.

The Hurricanes (16-3) will now prepare for their test against Jones (Trenton, NC). The Trojans enter the Coastal Plains 1A/2A test with a 3-14 record. In their last test, Jones was knocked off by Bethel Christian Academy (Kinston, NC), 3-1, in a non-league test.
