The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Barren County Trojans (Glasgow, KY) and the visiting Russellville Panthers (Russellville, KY), saw Barren County's volleyball squad beat Russellville by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Barren County upgrades its record to 21-11 on the year. The Trojans host Franklin-Simpson (Franklin, KY) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 10. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 19-17. Franklin-Simpson won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Edmonson County (Brownsville, KY)

The Panthers now own a 0-20 record. They play next when they travel to Caverna for a non-league bout on Thursday, October 12.
